1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using the Hitdesk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to Hitdesk Automation Limited (company number 15015834), registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Hitdesk provides a cloud-based workforce and compliance management platform for service companies including security firms, staffing agencies, and home care providers. Access to the platform is provided under a separate subscription agreement between Hitdesk Automation Limited and the customer organisation.

This website is provided for informational purposes. Submitting an enquiry or booking a demonstration does not constitute a binding contract for platform services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or the Hitdesk platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt our systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or another user's account.
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform or website without our express written consent.
  • Use the platform to process data in a manner that violates the rights of any individual.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — is the property of Hitdesk Automation Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

Customer data entered into the Hitdesk platform remains the property of the customer at all times. Hitdesk Automation Limited processes this data as a data processor under instruction from the customer as data controller.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitdesk Automation Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Platform availability and uptime

We target 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to customers in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.

7. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes to terms affecting existing platform customers will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
