GuardHouse covers the shift: scheduling, the patrol app, incidents and billing. Response that dispatches itself
A run sheet tells an officer where to go. Hitdesk orders the run, watches the ETAs and tells control before a visit is late. When an alarm goes off, it ranks who is on shift by drive time and shows who already holds the keys.
Keyholding you can prove
Keys go out and come back with a signature and a seal number. Codes stay hidden until an officer reveals them, and every reveal is recorded. A seal that doesn’t match is flagged to control straight away.

Yes. We have a tested process for exporting from GuardHouse and loading into Hitdesk. Our first GuardHouse migration brought across 437 sites, 120 customers and 395 keyholding records, every site tagged with its service, with no duplicates. Alarm codes and access details go into the access-controlled keyholding register, not into general site notes.
No. The Hitdesk app runs on the iPhones and Android phones your officers already use. For mobile patrols, live tracking from the phone can replace separate vehicle GPS trackers.
